Shipping policy

UK customers only, no International orders. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked and proof of posting is obtained. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and url link.

Returns policy

We will gladly accept returns if you are unhappy with your order when it arrives to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of it's arrival and return within 14 days.

Buyers are responsible for covering the postage costs unless it has been damaged in transit on it's way to you, then we will cover it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Competition T&C's

  • The Dog of the Month competition will close on the last Friday of the month, all other competitions will specify which date they close.

  • The winner will receive a Waggle Box of treats unless specified. Prizes must be claimed within one week of being notified.

  • Prizes must be claimed within one week of being notified.

  • All entrants must submit their details on the form which appears on the Dog of the Month page or unless specified.  

  • The competition is open to UK residents only over the age of 18 years of age.

  • No cash alternative.

  • By entering our competitions entrants agree that if they win, Waggles are able to use the photo they uploaded in promotional material.

  • Waggles accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize and that supervision is always advised.

  • Entrants must own full copyrights or have permission from the owner of any image they submit in the competition. 

  • The winning pet’s name and image will be posted online on the Waggles social media channels, in our group and our website.  

Dog Business Awards & Acceptance T&C's

  • The Dog Business Awards competition will close on the last Friday of each quarter and restart the day after .

  • The winner with most votes will win. The winner has 7 days from being notified of claiming their prize. 

  • No self nominations will be accepted.

  • If you have nominated you will automatically be entered into a draw to be in with a chance of winning a Waggle Box of treats.

  • All entrants must submit their details on the form on the Dog Business Awards and their name and email address will be entered on our Mailing list, you can unsubscribe anytime. 

  • All businesses nominated will be required to complete an Acceptance form which will be given to them via a private message, they cannot move forward with the process until this has been completed. Once completed their name and email address will be entered on our Mailing list, you can unsubscribe anytime.
